Pianist | Organist | Musical Storyteller

I'm Sanford Guerrero, a self-taught pianist and organist based in Southern New Jersey. My musical journey began at age 9 with piano lessons from a neighbor and has evolved through years of hands-on performance experience. I developed my skills through school choir accompaniment, jazz ensemble playing, and continuous self-guided learning across genres like pop, R&B, jazz, and classic rock.

Over the years, I’ve performed at weddings, cocktail hours, corporate events, and private functions throughout the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. My style is shaped by a wide range of musical influences, including Billy Joel, David Foster, Peter Cetera, Chicago, Brian McKnight, Earth, Wind & Fire, Jim Brickman, Buddy Rich, The Beatles, and Nashville pianist/music director Boh Cooper.

Since 2017, I’ve led Piano by Sanford, delivering heartfelt live music tailored to each unique event. Whether performing solo or alongside other musicians, I aim to create performances that are personal, elegant, and emotionally resonant.
