Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you travel outside of New Jersey and Philadelphia?

Yes — Delaware, NYC, Baltimore, and DC/Northern Virginia. Travel is factored into your quote.

  2. What's your retainer policy?

A 50% non-refundable retainer (capped at $500) holds your date; the balance is due 30 days before your event, when your setlist locks.

  3. Can I request a song that's not on your song list?

Yes — custom arrangements are included in every package at no extra cost.

  4. My venue has a piano. Can you play it?

Happily, if it's tuned and in good condition. I always bring my own setup as backup either way.

  5. Can I hire you for my Catholic wedding Mass?

It depends on the parish's policy — check with your music director first, then reach out and I'll take it from there.

  6. What if I only need a cocktail hour, no ceremony?

That works perfectly — both The Overture and The Celebration can be configured for cocktail-hour-only coverage.
