Q: How do we secure our date?
To reserve your date exclusively on my calendar, I require a signed digital contract and a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your total quote, capped at $500.
Example: If your package is $725, the retainer is $362.50. If your package is $1,600, the retainer is $500.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, at which point your setlist is locked.
Q: Do you travel to New York City or the Jersey Shore?
Absolutely. I frequently perform in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and along the Jersey Shore. For weddings outside of the greater Philadelphia area, I provide a single all-inclusive flat rate that covers all travel logistics — mileage, tolls, parking, and early arrival. No surprise fees, ever.
Q: Do I need to provide a piano?
Not at all. I arrive with a professional-grade digital stage piano and a dedicated sound system to ensure perfect volume control in any indoor or outdoor setting.
Q: Can I request songs that aren't on your song list?
Yes — and this is one of the things couples love most. I don't just play "standard wedding songs." I play the soundtrack to your story. All packages include custom music curation for your key ceremony moments (Prelude, Processional, Ceremony, Recessional). If you have a song that isn't in my repertoire, I'll learn and arrange it for you at no additional cost.
Q: My venue has a piano. Can you play it?
I'm happy to play a venue's house piano if it's tuned and in good condition. I always bring my portable setup as a backup — this gives us flexibility to move the music outdoors or to a different room if needed.
Q: What's included in the "all-inclusive" rate for travel?
Everything. Mileage, tolls, parking, setup, breakdown, early arrival — it's all bundled into one clean number. You'll never see a line-item invoice with surprise charges. The quote I give you is the price you pay.
