From the moment your guests arrive to the last clink of cocktail glasses, The Celebration covers it all. This is the most popular package for couples who want live music woven throughout their entire event experience.
What's Included:
Up to two (2) hours of live solo piano performance — (e.g. Ceremony coverage (prelude through recessional) + a full cocktail hour. Or even 1.5-2 hours of cocktail hour.)
Seamless Transition — I move my setup discreetly between spaces or rooms during your ceremony-to-cocktail transition so the music never stops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you travel outside of New Jersey and Philadelphia?
Yes — I regularly perform in Northern Delaware, New York City, Baltimore, and the Washington DC / Northern Virginia metro area. Travel is factored into your all-inclusive quote.
Q: What's your retainer policy?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at contract signing to hold your date. The retainer is capped at $500 — for example, a $800 package requires a $400 retainer, while a $1,200 package requires a $500 retainer (not $600). The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, at which point your setlist is finalized and locked.
Q: Can I request a song that's not on your song list?
Absolutely. Custom arrangements are included in every package at no additional cost. If you have a song that isn't in my repertoire, I'll learn and arrange it for you.
Q: My venue has a piano. Can you play it?
I'm happy to play a venue's house piano if it's tuned and in good condition. I always bring my full setup as a backup so we're covered either way.
Q: Can I hire you as a pianist or organist for my Catholic wedding Mass?
It depends on the parish. Policies vary — some give in-house musicians first right of refusal, some don't allow outside musicians at all, and others permit it with a bench fee. Contact your parish music director first to confirm, then reach out and we'll go from there.
Q: What if I only need a cocktail hour — no ceremony?
That works perfectly. Both The Overture and The Celebration can be configured for cocktail-hour-only coverage. Just let me know your vision during our consultation and I'll build a package around it.
